Scheduling
Susannah is our treatment coordinator and will facilitate all aspects of your visit to our office.
Our Ventura office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our Ojai office is open on Thursdays. Phones at both offices are handled by one of our receptionists during business hours. We will do our best to schedule you a consultation and surgical appointment that best fits your schedule. On weekends and evenings our receptionist can reach the doctor if you have any concerns. If you are in discomfort or feel you are facing an emergency situation please alert our receptionist so that we can promptly see you.
Our surgical schedule is based on individual patient needs and anticipated time required. However, unforeseen circumstances or emergency cases may cause delays. In these situations our office will keep you informed. We value your time and wish to thank you in advance for understanding.
